뺑덕어멈을 찾으러 전주한옥마을에 온 심봉사. 멀리서 관광객들과 노닥거리는

뺑덕어멈의 목소리를 듣고 자신에게서 몰래 가져간 돈을 달라 조른다.

뺑덕어멈은 오늘은 우리가 주인공이 아니고 수궁가 이야기가 펼쳐질 것이니

그만 들어가자며 화를 낸다. 심봉사는 수궁가라는 말을 듣고 심청이 바다에 빠지던 날,

딸을 찾으러 들어간 수궁에서 있었던 일들을 이야기해주는데.......

Chapter 1

Simbongsa came to Jeonju Hanok Village to find Ppengdeokeomeom.

He approaches her after hearing her voice to talk with tourists and pesters her

to give money that she secretly took back to him. She is angry saying

that they are not the main characters today, a Sugungga story will be unfolded,

he must disappear. Simbongsa listens to the word, Sugungga, and tells about the story

which took place in the palace of sea kings on the day that he went to it

to look for his daughter, Simcheong when she fell to the ocean...
